1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ShilERP Software Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Account Registration

When you create an account to use the ShilERP Platform, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. A separate workspace (tenant instance) will be created for you on a subdomain.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer Monthly, Yearly, and 2-Year subscription plans. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Failure to pay will result in the suspension of your workspace instances and potential data deletion after a grace period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to conduct any illegal business, transmit viruses to our central systems, or attempt to access another tenant's isolated database. You are responsible for all users (e.g., your sales employees and managers) logging into your instance.

5. Service Availability (Uptime)

We strive to provide a highly available service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance on our central services and node databases.

6. Limitation of Liability

ShilERP Software Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from accounting errors, lost sales, or your use of or inability to use the service.
