2. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect to operate the ShilERP platform, including creating your separate database, securing your account, processing payments, and providing customer support. We also use it to communicate updates regarding our software.

3. Data Security and Isolation

We take security very seriously. All tenant (customer) data is stored in completely separated SQLite databases. This strict multi-tenant architecture ensures that your business data, sales, and employee records can never mix with another customer's data.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal or business data to third parties. We only share information with trusted service providers necessary to run our application, such as our payment processor (Stripe) and our email service providers.

5. Your Control

You have the right to access, update, or delete your account information at any time. If you cancel your subscription, your isolated database and business records will be securely permanently deleted according to our data retention policy.
